Time will tell if the Walgreens developers have decided to GO AWAY or not. How many of you were insulted once again with idea that the meeting with the magistrate was a “bloodbath”? I wonder what meeting they were at? Once again we listened to the threats of litigation. I’ve heard the idea from more than one citizen that, if it proceeds, our next step will be to take things to the annual stockholder’s meeting. Kudos again to all involved for an orderly meeting !

The BOA rejected the magistrate's proposal to allow the developers to present yet another building. The BOA has upheld their previous decision to deny the special exception and the request for a variance. The vote was unanimous 4- 0!
